Massive-range distortion inspired by the ZVex Mastotron — from gritty grit to speaker-shredding doom.
The Chopper is NOKILL's unhinged riff on the ZVex Mastotron — a distortion pedal that refuses to stay in one lane. Dial it back for gritty, almost-overdrive warmth. Crank it forward and it's a full wall of doom bearing down on everything in its path. One pedal. No ceiling.
Built to cover ground that most distortion boxes can't touch, the Chopper moves from low-gain grit to crushing, speaker-shredding saturation without breaking a sweat. It's the kind of range that makes dedicated OD and fuzz pedals nervous — because one box is doing the work of the whole chain.
If you want a distortion pedal that doesn't box you in, the Chopper tears through everything from Sunday jams to sludge riffs.

FAQ
Is this more of a distortion or a fuzz? It covers both. The Fuzz knob sweeps from gritty distortion at low settings to full saturated fuzz at maximum.
What does the Sub toggle do? Engages a low-octave subharmonic that adds significant weight underneath your signal — great for doom and sludge.
Will it work on bass? Yes, especially with the Sub toggle engaged.
What power supply do I need? Standard 9V DC center-negative.
