Heavy-handed fuzz with bark and bite — a wall-of-sound box built for guitar, bass, and total destruction.

The Entirely Too Large Dachshund is a massive-sounding fuzz pedal that delivers thick low-end, ripping highs, and a wide range of gain textures. Whether you're after deep, chugging doom tones or sharp, biting fuzz leads, this dog's got range.

Designed as a heavy-handed fuzz circuit that's easier to dial in than the originals it draws inspiration from, the Dachshund cuts through any mix without getting lost. Five controls give you precise command over gain, low end, midrange shape, and top end.

Big tone. Bigger dog. Entirely too much fuzz.

Controls

  • Vol — pedal output level
  • Sustain — gain and saturation amount
  • Scoop — shapes the midrange from flat to deeply scooped
  • Filter — top-end / tone control
  • Crunch — adds an extra layer of clipping and bite

FAQ

Does it work on bass? Yes — the Dachshund holds onto low end well and pairs nicely with bass. The Scoop and Filter controls let you carve out space in the mix.

How does it stack with other pedals? Great in front of an overdrive for a giant lead sound, or after a clean boost for tighter, more focused fuzz.

What power supply do I need? Standard 9V DC center-negative. Daisy chain is fine; isolated is better.

Does this support animal rescue? Yes — a portion of every Dachshund sale is donated to animal rescue organizations.
