We want you to love your NOKILL pedal. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

Returns & Exchanges

If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to alex@nokillpedal.co within 14 days of receiving your pedal. We'll work with you to make it right.

All returned pedals must be in their original condition, in the original packaging, with all included accessories.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mystery Boxes
  • Custom Dog Pedals (one-of-a-kind builds with custom artwork)
  • Custom Dog Woodcuts
  • Limited / special edition runs
  • Gift cards

Defective Pedals & Warranty

Every NOKILL pedal is handbuilt and tested before it leaves the shop. If your pedal has an electronic issue, email alex@nokillpedal.co and we'll take care of you — we stand behind our builds.

Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect power supplies (use only 9V DC center-negative), liquid damage, or physical damage from drops / impacts.

How to Start a Return

Email alex@nokillpedal.co with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with next steps and a return address.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the pedal was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned pedal, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
