NOKILL Pedal Co — Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some NOKILL items are sold as pre-orders or built-to-order, and we may occasionally offer subscriptions. Here's how cancellation works.

Pre-orders & built-to-order pedals
Because these are made by hand just for you, you can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin building your pedal. Once we've started the build, we may not be able to offer a full refund since parts and labor are already committed — email us and we'll work it out fairly. To cancel, email hello@nokillpedal.co with your order number as soon as possible.

Subscriptions (if applicable)
You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges; the current billing period isn't prorated, and any item already shipped for that period isn't refundable.
