NOKILL Pedal Co — Return Policy

We want you to love your pedal. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it good.

Returns
You can return a stock pedal within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The pedal must come back in its original, undamaged condition with everything it shipped with. To start a return, email us at hello@nokillpedal.co with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within about 5 business days. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the pedal arrived defective or we made a mistake.

Defective or damaged pedals
Every NOKILL pedal is built and tested by hand. If yours arrives defective or develops a fault within 1 year, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you, return shipping included. Just email with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-returnable items
Custom and built-to-order pedals (including custom WOOF firmware builds), Mystery Boxes, and final-sale or clearance items can't be returned — but they're still covered by the defect warranty above.
