Shipping Policy

All NOKILL Pedal Co pedals are handbuilt to order in Portland, Oregon. Please read the following before placing your order.

Processing & Lead Time

Because every pedal is handbuilt and hand-tested individually, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to ship. During busy periods, new releases, or the holiday season, lead times may be slightly longer.

Once your pedal ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from Portland, Oregon via USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address.

International Shipping

International shipping availability varies. Before placing an international order, please email alex@nokillpedal.co so we can confirm shipping rates and availability to your location.

Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom & Mystery Box Orders

Custom Dog Pedals require approximately 1 month lead time due to the custom artwork and intake process. We'll email you after your order to coordinate.

Mystery Boxes ship in the standard ~2 week window unless otherwise noted.

Lost, Stuck, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stuck in transit, or arrives damaged, please email alex@nokillpedal.co and we'll work with you to make it right.
