Classic Big Muff Triangle fuzz — thick, wooly, and unapologetically loud.

Trinity's Triangle is a faithful recreation of the legendary Big Muff Triangle circuit — the version heard on countless records from the early 1970s that defined what fuzz was supposed to sound like. If you're chasing the massive, sustained fuzz tones of Gilmour, Smashing Pumpkins, or Dinosaur Jr., this is the pedal.

The Triangle-era Big Muff is prized for its thick, creamy sustain and rich harmonic content that sits beautifully in a mix without the harsh, scooped midrange of later versions. Roll the Tone knob back for dark, doom-laden rumble or push it forward for cutting, singing leads. Stoner rock, shoegaze, psychedelic, grunge, classic rock — Trinity's Triangle delivers the fuzz sound that started it all.

The story behind the name

Trinity's Triangle is named after Trinity, a rescue dog from Marfa, Texas. Trinity was rescued through One Tail At A Time WTX (OTAT WTX), and in her honor, all profits from this pedal are donated directly to @otatwtx to help more dogs like her find their forever homes. DOGS > HUMANS.

Controls

FAQ

What's the difference between a Triangle Big Muff and a Ram's Head or Civil War? The Triangle is the original 1970s circuit — warmer, less-scooped mids and a smoother, creamier sustain than the more aggressive Ram's Head or scooped Civil War versions.

Does it work on bass? Yes. The Triangle circuit retains low end better than later Big Muff versions, making it a solid choice for bass.

What power supply do I need? Standard 9V DC center-negative. A daisy chain works, but an isolated supply is always better for low noise.

Where do the profits go? 100% of profits from Trinity's Triangle are donated to One Tail At A Time WTX (@otatwtx), a rescue organization in West Texas.
